Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver / Home Health Aide to join our team at Beyond Care LLC. The Caregiver will provide personal care, companionship, and support to individuals who need assistance with daily activities due to age, illness, or disability. You will be responsible for helping clients with personal hygiene, feeding, medication reminders, and light household duties, all while promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Help with dressing, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and engage in light conversation.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be compassionate, patient, and empathetic.
• Clear background check and reliable references.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
