Job Description:
Beyond Care LLC is seeking a PCA Program Coordinator to oversee and manage our Personal Care Assistance (PCA) program. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality of care and ensuring that all clients receive the support they need. The coordinator will work directly with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support to the care team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage PCA services for clients, ensuring all care plans are followed.
  • Work with families and healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans.
  • Train and supervise PCA workers, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the progress of clients and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in managing or coordinating healthcare programs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of PCA and CFSS programs and policies.
  • Ability to train and supervise staff effectively.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
