Beyond Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide essential support to clients in their homes or other settings. The PCA will assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. The role also involves light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. Ideal candidates will have a passion for helping others and experience in personal care or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow personalized care plans and document daily activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; PCA or CNA certification preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields.
• Clear background check.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to lift and move clients as needed.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
